1. Purpose
This policy outlines how Sulka Labs uses artificial intelligence in the management and optimization of paid media campaigns on behalf of our clients. Our goal is to ensure that AI is used responsibly, transparently, and in a way that protects the interests of both our clients and their customers.
2. How We Use AI
Sulka Labs integrates AI-powered tools and workflows across several areas of our paid media operations:
- Campaign Analysis & Auditing: AI assists in reviewing campaign structures, identifying inefficiencies, and surfacing optimization opportunities across Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Bid Optimization: We leverage platform-native AI bidding systems (such as Google Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+, and Amazon automated bidding) alongside our own analysis to maximize return on ad spend.
- Creative Testing & Iteration: AI tools help us generate ad copy variations, analyze creative performance, and identify winning messaging patterns faster than manual processes alone.
- Performance Reporting: AI assists in aggregating and analyzing large volumes of campaign data to surface actionable insights and trends.
3. Human Oversight
AI is a tool that supports human decision-making — it does not replace it. At Sulka Labs:
- Every strategic decision is made or approved by an experienced human strategist.
- Campaign architecture, creative direction, budget allocation, and client-facing recommendations are always human-led.
- AI-generated ad copy and creative recommendations are reviewed by our team before deployment.
- We do not delegate final campaign decisions to automated systems without human review.
4. Brand Safety & Consumer Trust
We are committed to protecting our clients' brands and the trust of their customers:
- We never use AI to create misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant advertising content.
- All campaigns comply fully with the advertising policies of Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and all other platforms we operate on.
- We regularly review AI-driven campaign types to ensure automation supports brand goals rather than operating without accountability.
- Client brand guidelines are always respected in AI-assisted creative development.
5. Data Privacy
We take the privacy and security of our clients' data seriously:
- Client advertising data, business metrics, and account information are used exclusively for the purpose of managing and optimizing their campaigns.
- We do not use client data to train general-purpose AI models.
- Client data is never shared with third parties beyond the ad platforms themselves (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok) as required to run campaigns.
- All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
6. AI Tool Evaluation
Before adopting any new AI tool or workflow, we evaluate it against the following criteria:
- Does it improve campaign performance or operational efficiency?
- Does it maintain or improve data security and privacy standards?
- Does it align with our commitment to brand safety and responsible advertising?
- Can it be effectively overseen and controlled by our human team?
Tools that do not meet these standards are not adopted regardless of their potential efficiency gains.
7. Transparency
We believe our clients have the right to understand how AI is being used in their campaigns:
- During onboarding, we explain our AI-powered approach and the specific ways automation is applied.
- Strategy calls include clear reporting on AI-driven optimizations and their impact.
- Clients can request detailed breakdowns of any AI-assisted decisions at any time.
- We proactively communicate when we adopt new AI tools or workflows that affect campaign management.
8. Continuous Improvement
The AI landscape evolves rapidly. We commit to:
- Regularly auditing our AI systems for accuracy, bias, and alignment with platform guidelines.
- Staying current with evolving AI regulations, industry best practices, and platform policy changes.
- Updating this policy as our AI capabilities and the regulatory environment evolve.
- Training our team on responsible AI use and emerging best practices.
